Atlas Chiropractic of Raleigh is located in the Creedmoor Centre office park on Strickland Road near the intersection with Creedmoor Road. 1 mile south of the I-540 interchange at Creedmoor Road (Exit 9). We are in the only single story brick building that faces Strickland Road.
